Leigh Lights 2019 - Friday 29th November


Every year the Leigh Lights event attracts thousands of people to the area and we would like to thank our sponsors and the Leigh traders and businesses that continue to support the event.

Leigh-on-Sea Town Council aim to bring you a varied and enjoyable programme of events throughout the year and  we have lots of exciting Christmas events coming up. Be sure to check out our website and social media channels for more information.

The Leigh Lights official programme can now be picked up from Leigh Community Centre and a number of shops along the Broadway & Leigh Road! Or view the event programme here... 


Starting at Kings Road from 6.30pm

Every year the Leigh Lights yuletide parade continues to grow, attracting over 400 participants including local dance and theatre schools, street entertainers, charity groups and emergency services. Last year our parade raised a record breaking £3215.21 – an outstanding achievement!

In addition, Stibbards and Sons sponsor the parade to award first and second place parade winners with £150 and £100 respectively to their chosen charity.
