Public Defibrillators

Leigh-on-Sea Town Council has installed the following defibrilators for public use:

  • Leigh Community Centre (available when the Centre is open or staff are in the building)
  • Strand Wharf - located to the rear of the Heritage Centre
  • The Town Council are grateful to Leigh Lions for enabling the Strand Wharf defibrilator.  In addition, Leigh Lions have installed a defibrilator for public use at Birdwood, Leigh Road

All the above defibrilators are checked regularly by Leigh-on-Sea Town Council.

A further public defibrilator is located outside at Leigh Library but this is not under the control of the Town Council. This machine was installed by the Leigh and Thorpe Bay Rotary Clubs and the Carli Lansley Foundation.
