Community Mosaic Project

"At the Community and Culture Committee, held on Tuesday 13th June, councillors agreed to pause the funding of the mosaic project. A number of points and concerns were raised by members of the committee and it is hoped, following a meeting with FoLLG and Southend-on-Sea City Council representatives, that assurances can be provided and funding for the project can continue. This is a temporary pause to allow councillors to gain a better understanding and to seek answers to a number of questions."
