Born and raised in Leigh having attended West Leigh Schools and Belfairs Academy over a 12 year stint before leaving the town to study at Seevic College for 2 years, I'm currently studying at The University Of East London where I've been since 2018.
My career in local affairs so far has seen me become a member of the Young Essex Assembly, Castle Point Youth Council and most notably Southend Youth Council over the last 6 years. I remain devoted to helping the residents in Leigh, Southend and beyond whilst I'm also currently the Chairman of Southend West Young Conservatives where I continue to drive youth engagement in local politics which is something I remain passionate about.
My hobbies involve watching any sort of cricket alongside reading about parliamentary and royal history. I'm also keen on studying history ranging from the Medieval period to recent times and I'm also a keen singer, musician and film maker. I'm also involved with the Musical Theatre Society at my university and have been part of it since October 2020.
