Leigh-on-Sea is the happiest place to live according to a 2016 survey and there is every reason it was voted so - still a traditional fishing village set on the northern shore of the Thames Estuary, the Town boasts a vibrant shopping hub, bars, restaurants, heritage, great schools, a variety of open spaces from parks to nature reserves and a sense of community.  All this and only 35 miles from London.
