Public Defibrillators

Leigh-on-Sea Town Council has installed the following defibrillators for public use:

  • Leigh Community Centre (available when the Centre is open or staff are in the building)
  • Strand Wharf - located to the rear of the Heritage Centre
  • The Town Council are grateful to Leigh Lions for enabling the Strand Wharf defibrillator.  In addition, Leigh Lions have installed a defibrillator for public use at 114 Leigh Road

All the above defibrillators are checked regularly by Leigh-on-Sea Town Council.

A further public defibrillator is located outside at Leigh Library but this is not under the control of the Town Council. This machine was installed by the Leigh and Thorpe Bay Rotary Clubs and the Carli Lansley Foundation.

A defibrillator can also be found outside the front doors of Waitrose on the London Road.

Love Leigh Cliffs

The Friends of Love Leigh Cliffs were started in 2022 and they were amazed at the difference they could make to such a beauty spot by gardening for just a little while each week. If you would like to come along to help us make a difference, we would love to see you. We meet every Thursday 10.30am – 12.30pm.
