Listed Buildings in Leigh

Leigh-on-Sea is home to a range of historical buildings and structures, many of which have a national importance and are included on the Government's statutory list of "Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest". All "listed buildings" are given legal protection, there are also buildings of local importance that are listed as non-statutory. These lists exist to ensure the preservation of important buildings.
