Councillor Jill Healey

Profile:

Jill has worked with communities throughout her career, both with the Department for Work and Pensions, and more recently with Norwich City council. She believes this experience gained will be useful to the Council and residents.

She wishes to play an active role in Leigh-on-Sea's future.
